Burning Heart Records

Swedish record company founded 1991 by Peter Ahlqvist a.k.a Babs in Fagersta, Sweden. The company later moved to Örebro before it was sold to Epitaph Records. In 2003 Burning Heart opened a German office in Berlin. The Label has proven extremely successful in launching European (especially Swedish) band such as The Hives, Millencolin, Turbonegro and The International Noise Conspiracy. In 2010 the company folded and Peter would start Panic & Action Records instead. After years of trying to get the name and logo back from Epitaph he finally succeeded to come with an agreement with Epitaph in 2014, who still owns the rights to the old back catalogue.
